Key Responsibilities
lead delivery excellence, strengthen client relationships, and drive business growth for strategic accounts. This role combines technology leadership, functional domain expertise, program delivery management, and business development support. The successful candidate will work closely with Client Partner to retain and expand existing business, identify new opportunities, and ensure successful execution of technology and transformation initiatives
Client Relationship Management
- Closely Partner with Client Partner to build trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders.
- Understand client business objectives, challenges, and technology roadmaps.
- Drive customer satisfaction through consistent delivery excellence and proactive stakeholder management.
- Conduct regular governance meetings, business reviews, and executive updates.
- Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution of delivery and operational issues.
Delivery Leadership
- Ensure delivery of projects, programs, and managed services engagements through project leads.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with agreed quality standards.
- Establish delivery governance, risk management, resource planning, and reporting mechanisms.
- Monitor project performance metrics, SLAs, KPIs, and customer satisfaction indicators.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across delivery processes and operational efficiency.
Techno-Functional Leadership
- Translate business requirements into technology solutions and implementation roadmaps.
- Collaborate with business users, architects, engineering teams, and product owners to define solutions.
- Provide guidance on application modernization, cloud adoption, digital transformation, data, analytics, AI and enterprise platforms as applicable.
- Review solution designs and ensure alignment with client business goals and enterprise architecture standards.
- Support functional workshops, requirement discovery sessions, and solution demonstrations.
Business Growth & Account Expansion
- Support Client Partner in identifying upsell, cross-sell, and transformation opportunities within existing accounts.
- Participate in account planning and growth strategy discussions.
- Identify opportunities for new projects, managed services, consulting engagements, and digital initiatives.
- Contribute to proposal development, solutioning, effort estimation, pricing discussions, and client presentations.
- Work with sales, pre-sales, and delivery teams to develop compelling value propositions.
Resource & Financial Management
- Manage delivery teams across multiple projects and workstreams.
- Drive resource utilization, capacity planning, and talent development.
- Monitor project financials including revenue, margins, forecasts, and cost optimization.
- Ensure adherence to contractual commitments and commercial obligations.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams comprising business analysts, consultants, developers, architects, QA, and support personnel.
- Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and customer-centric culture.
- Support employee development, succession planning, and performance management.

Work Experience
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering and Business Administration, or related field.
- 10–15+ years of experience in engineering/IT services, consulting, or technology delivery.
- 5+ years of experience managing large-scale technology programs and client-facing engagements.
- Strong understanding of both business processes and technology platforms.
- Experience working with enterprise applications, digital transformation programs, cloud technologies, data platforms across diverse skills including but not limited to AI, Java, Data Engineering, Python, Cloud, SRE, DevOps, QA etc.
- Proven track record of managing customer relationships and delivering successful outcomes.
- Experience supporting sales pursuits, account growth, and business development initiatives.
- Strong financial management and commercial acumen.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, ITIL, or equivalent certifications.
- Experience working with global clients across industries such as Banking, Healthcare, Retail, Manufacturing, Telecom, or Technology.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft, or Google
- MBA or advanced management qualification is a plus.
