Key Responsibilities

Analyze client requirements and map them to the new platform capabilities using prior Salesforce or Conga Q2C experience.

Participate in product-specific training and quickly gain expertise in configuration, workflows, and integrations.

Configure and validate Q2C processes including quoting, pricing, orders, invoicing, and billing flows.

Support functional testing, UAT, and deployment activities.

Troubleshoot issues, propose solutions, and ensure seamless integration with Salesforce or Conga systems.

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and client teams to ensure successful implementations.

Document solutions, configurations, and best practices for reuse across clients.
