Techno-Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure business processes and change control are SOX compliant.
• Design and architect process flows for end-to-end business processes, optimizing existing workflows.
• Gather, organize, and evaluate data from stakeholders and development teams to determine requirements and specifications.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities, ensuring objectives are completed on time.
• Handle exception management during implementation and resolve conflicts.
• Interact with business users across functional teams (executives, end-users) to ensure alignment and communication.
• Lead discussions on design and implementation with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Ensure proper Netsuite setups and configurations, including Saved Searches and Reports.
• Work with professional services organizations and applications like KANTATA.
• Drive process changes and reverse engineer processes where necessary.
• Use Netsuite's technical components like scripts and workflows to optimize business processes.
• Provide strong reporting and data analysis in Netsuite and other integrated systems.

Experience & Requirements:

• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in an operational role, with project and/or change management experience.
• Experience working with internal and external auditors to ensure SOX compliance.
• Experience in a high-change, rapidly growing business environment is a plus.
• Strong experience with Netsuite ERP, including Receivables, Order Management, and Inventory.
• Hands-on experience with Netsuite setups and configurations, saved searches, and reporting.
• Familiarity with professional services applications like KANTATA.
• Functional knowledge of Netsuite technical components (scripts, workflows, etc.).
• Previous experience with Netsuite implementation(s) is mandatory.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for clear documentation and collaboration.
• Ability to drive process improvements and manage change within a business.
• Exposure to SaaS Engineering and designing solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders.
• Ability to work with teams across multiple time zones.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with additional systems like Salesforce, Zuora Revenue (Rev Pro), COUPA, and VENA.
• Expertise in process development, exception management, and process optimization.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems.
