Techno-Functional Consultant

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Receivables, Order Management, and Inventory modules. The ideal candidate will have experience in ERP implementations, process design, and change management in a SaaS/Professional Services environment. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to drive process improvements, ensure SOX compliance, and optimize ERP functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect end-to-end business process flows and optimize existing workflows.
• Gather, organize, and evaluate information from stakeholders and technical teams to determine requirements and specifications.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion of objectives.
• Represent SaaS Engineering in design discussions with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Drive process changes and reverse engineer processes when required.
• Ensure SOX compliance in business processes and change control processes, working closely with internal and external auditors.
• Handle exception management in ERP implementations.
• Collaborate with technical teams across different time zones for seamless implementation and support.
• Develop and maintain advanced NetSuite reports, saved searches, and dashboards.
• Support integrations with additional systems such as Salesforce, Zuora Revenue (RevPro), COUPA, and VENA (preferred).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems.
• Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in operational roles, with project/change management exposure.
• Strong NetSuite ERP functional experience in Receivables, Order Management, and Inventory modules.
• Experience in 1 or more NetSuite implementations, including setups, configurations, workflows, and scripts.
• Experience working with Professional Services organizations and applications like KANTATA.
• Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills across functional teams, including executives.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and time management skills.
• Experience designing processes, exception handling, and process optimization in high-change environments.
• Exposure to process development, change execution, and SOX compliance audits.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with additional systems: Salesforce, Zuora Revenue (RevPro), COUPA, VENA.
• Experience in high-change, rapidly growing business environments.
