Responsibilities
- Strong functional knowledge of the respective banking domains
- Good understanding of the underlying technology stack
- Experience in log analysis, issue analysis, and root cause identification
- Incident management and resolution within defined SLAs
- Coordination with Oracle Development teams for defect analysis, fixes, patches, and upgrades
- Support during releases, deployments, and stabilization (as required)
