Retail Techno-Functional Engineer

As a Product Support Engineer, you will represent Microsoft and communicate with corporate customers via telephone, written correspondence, or electronic service regarding technical/Product/Business complex problems in Microsoft Dynamics products and manage relationships with those customers.

Job Title: Retail Techno-Functional

Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore

Experience: 4+ Years

Work Location: Hybrid Model in Hyderabad / Bangalore

Mode of Hiring: Permanent

Notice Period: 0-25 Days (Max 30 Days)

Job Description

• 4+ years of technical experience in Retail/Commerce.
• Excellent in troubleshooting the POS & HQ configuration issues.
• Good in configuration of store, discounts, trade agreements etc.,
• Good Analysis on logs and troubleshoot the issue.
• Understanding standing on existing documentation [TSG].
• Basic knowledge of running SQL queries and Kusto queries.
• Excellent communication skill.
• Should work in night shift and rotation of shifts on every 2 months.
