Job Description
We are seeking a Quality Techno-Functional Consultant with 5 to 12 years of hands-on experience in implementing and
configuring quality management solutions across enterprise applications or commercial off-the-shelf low-code/no-code
platforms. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of both technical and functional aspects of quality
managemnet systems, with a proven ability to deliver scalable and efficient solutions.
Role and Key Responsibilities
Domain Consulting and Business Analysis
- Configure and customize quality management platforms such as ETQ, Intelex, QDMS etc. by designing workflows,
dashboards, and reports; performing testing and validation; and providing end-user training to ensure effective
adoption
- Engage consultatively with clients to understand and address business needs within the Quality domain
- Analyse and document business processes, assessing system integration and alignment with technology solutions
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams by facilitating workshops, gathering and
translating requirements
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to define and refine product backlog items, ensuring
alignment between business needs and technical execution
- Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities and adopt industry best practice
- Contribute to thought leadership through publications and insights on emerging trends and innovations
- Support RFP responses and proactive project pursuits with domain expertise and solution inputs
- Participate in internal initiatives and contribute to organizational growth and capability development
Required (Mandatory)
- Hands-on configuration experience with at least any one of the quality platforms such as ETQ, Intelex, QDMS or
any other low-code/no-code solutions in Quality management domain
- Strong understanding of core manufacturing quality processes, including NCR management, audits, compliance,
FMEA and QA/QC
- Client-facing experience, with the ability to understand and address quality objectives and challenges
- Comprehensive exposure across the manufacturing value chain, with awareness of industry best practices
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, including Agile delivery models.
- Strong command of IT concepts, practices, and procedures, with the ability to translate business requirements into
actionable use cases and test scenarios
- Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English
- Global experience, with exposure to multicultural organizational structures
Required (Good to Have)
- Implementation and support experience with enterprise quality tools like SAP Quality Management, Oracle Quality
Management etc. to streamline quality processes
- Experience with design-thinking approaches, including customer personas, journey mapping, service blueprints,
and story maps
- Proven expertise in applying quality management frameworks such as TQM, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma to
enhance quality and operational efficiency
Education Qualifications
- B.E./B. Tech/M. Tech. IT, Computer Science, Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Industrial, Electronics &
Communication etc.
- PGDM/MBA Supply Chain, Operations, Marketing, IT, Finance, etc.
- Any relevant certification will be an added advantage Six Sigma, PMP, POPM, APICS, SCOR etc.
