Responsibilities
1 Strong functional knowledge of the respective banking domains
2 Good understanding of the underlying technology stack
3 Experience in log analysis, issue analysis, and root cause identification
4 Incident management and resolution within defined SLAs
5 Coordination with Oracle Development teams for defect analysis, fixes, patches, and upgrades6 Support during releases, deployments, and stabilization as required.
