What you can expect from the job
The SAP WM/SD Techno-Functional Consultant is responsible for the design, implementation, and support of SAP WM/SD solutions. This role requires a blend of technical and functional expertise to effectively manage warehouse operations and integrate them with other SAP modules.
Requirement Analysis: Work with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements for warehouse management processes.
Solution Design: Design and configure SAP WM/SD solutions to meet business needs, including inbound and outbound processes, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
Technical Development: Develop custom enhancements using ABAP, SAP Fiori, and other relevant technologies.
Integration: Ensure seamless integration of SAP WM/SD with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP) and third-party systems.
Testing and Validation: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure the solution meets business requirements.
Support and Maintenance: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP WM/SD solutions, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for configurations, custom developments, and user guides.
Training: Train end-users if required.
What will help you do the job well
Must-have Skills/ Characteristics
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in SAP WM/SD implementation and support.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP WM/SD configuration, ABAP programming, Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
Functional Skills: Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and best practices.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
ISMS roles and responsibilities
Good knowledge of Information security.
Oversee specific business processes within the ISMS.
Responsible to manage the ISMS documentation, conduct risk assessments, and implement risk treatment plans.
Risk Owners are responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing risks within their areas of responsibility.
They are also responsible for implementing risk treatment plans.
Conduct the BCP and other test related to information security continuity along with CISO.
Responsible for monitoring and reporting on the performance of the ISMS.
Responsible for implementation of security policies and procedures and report any issues to the CISO.
