Job Description

Job Purpose

Looking for a well-trained Techno-functional, analyst cum project manager working as Functional Analyst in Business Technology group within Retail Banking group responsible for executing all the activities related to Projects which are entrusted to him/her by Team leader/Unit head. Manages technology related implementations in close coordination Vendor and identifies / contributes to the area of technical improvements. Participates and designs technological architecture of the solution. Responsible for testing / implementing all the changes, which are implemented by the vendor/ IT and In-house Development team. Responsible to provide solutions to queries / issues raised by the technical analyst

Role & responsibilities

Requirement Gathering and Analysis

Preparation/Review CNs, RDs, FSDs, BRDs, TBRDs, User stories
Handle designing the solution to meet end user requirements.
Contributes to the technology stack discussions with vendor / IT teams.
Supervise Requirement Documents from Technical aspects and ensure the team does proper documentation.

Project kick off meeting with stakeholders and project execution planning

Execute / Review the test cases
Contribute to the team lead with updates and escalations.
Review the release given by vendor basis requirement document / FSD
Engage with the vendor on regular basis for reviews like UAT support, UAT bug fixes, Delivery scheduling and other technical tasks.
Tracking of projects and updates to stake holders
Manage IT / Vendor support for change requests
Support in PO Approval, Payment clearance
Review Meeting
Manage the project through the entire life cycle
Draw / publish project plans
Arrange regular review meetings with vendors
Coordinate with L1 support and vendor to resolve production issues
Coordinate with OEM vendor to resolve production issues
Tracking and Reporting

Technical Skills expected

Techno-functional skills
Proficiency in tools such as Oracle , SQL or any RDBMS
Understand of API tools
Jira, Confluence, or similar.
Manual End to end testing of Projects
Knowledge of project management and software development lifecycle (Agile/Waterfall).
