Responsibilities
Credit Risk - IT Business Analyst
Domain - Credit Risk:
- Understanding Credit Risk Metrics : PD, LGD, RWA, ECL etc.
- Should worked on Key regulations like BASEL, IFRS 9, CRR2 , Large Exposure etc.
- Credit Risk: Calculation , Reporting , Data Management, Modelling
- Key Terms: Credit Risk, Concentration risk, Country risk, Counterparty risk etc.
IT Business Analyst:
- Understating Business requirements(BRD)
- Converting BRD to FSD
- Able to work with developers to implement these requirements in the system
- validate the requirements and get the sign off.
SQL:
- Able to write the basic queries using SQL functions, joins etc.
Testing:
- Should have clear idea of test life cycle
- Good if worked on automated tools .
Agile:
- Able to understand the agile methodology and follow all the agile practices(Grooming, prioritization, planning, demo, etc.)
Required
Profile required
- Require 5+ years relevant BA experience
- Clear understanding of Software Development life cycle and process oriented
- Strong fundamentals in Investment Banking and Capital markets
- Strong Data Analysis skills and well versed with data principles
- Experience in SQL and MS Excel (intermediate to advance level)
- Exposure to Agile methodology with requirements capturing using use cases and feature driven methods, agile ceremonies, etc.
- Experience on identifying and executing test strategies, test plan and functional test cases
- Experience in preparing and conducting functional reviews and training sessions.
- Capability to work with customers and cross location teams to establish and maintain a consistent delivery
- Ability to work closely in a team environment is highly recommended
- Strong documentation skills
- Ability to listen, think, analyze user requirements, and implement quick solutions
