Techno Functional Oracle Senior Manager

ROLE PROFILE:

We have an exciting opportunity for Senior Manager in the Record to Report team at the London Stock Exchange Group. Providing solution expertise in Oracle Cloud ERP (Saas).

ROLE SUMMARY:

LSEG are embarking on a finance transformation programme, delivering our finance vision, and transforming the way we work to create value and deliver sustainable growth for the business. The programme shall drive efficiencies and maximise benefits for LSEG by moving to a single cloud-based enterprise resource planning and performance management supplier for billing and accounting (ERPM).

As a Techno Functional Oracle Senior Manager, your 15+ years of experience will guide the strategic management and implementation of our Oracle systems. Your role encompasses developing functional and technical solutions and leading a team to align these with integrations with our business objectives, ensuring efficiency and operational excellence. With an overall objective to integrate Oracle Fusion Cloud from existing ERP systems and processes.

The role sits within the Corporate Technology Delivery function, and you will play a key role in the global ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) team at LSEG. The role holder will collaborate across the multiple workstreams to focus on the end-to-end implementation phases of Oracle ERP solution working in an agile environment.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

    • Strong handson experience with Oracle applications and databases, including query optimization and troubleshooting.
    • Ability to design, document, and maintain endtoend data flows across complex enterprise systems.
    • Proven expertise in data migration activities, including extraction, transformation, validation, and loading (ETL).
    • Experience preparing and reviewing data mapping documents and integration specifications.
    • Skilled in analyzing source-to-target system interactions and ensuring data integrity across workflows.
    • Ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams to manage system upgrades, cutovers, and migration cycles.
    • Strong understanding of audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements, ensuring adherence in all data processes.
    • Capable of developing and maintaining process controls, logs, and documentation for audit readiness.
    • Experience identifying and mitigating risks in data flows, interfaces, and migration paths.
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and problemsolving skills to manage deliveries in a fastpaced environment.
YOU'LL BRING:

  • 15+ years of experience relevant to this position including 7 years of functional consulting experience and 7 Years of Technical consulting experience.
  • Business process experience in the following areas: Cloud/e-Business Suite (EBS/ fusion/ SAP): 15+ years/solid across General Ledger and Accounting Hub, in addition to some experience in the following modules Intercompany, Projects, Fixed Assets, Tax engine, Cash in and Cash out.
  • Strong technical expertise across Oracle Fusion/ EBS / SAP, with the ability to work handson across configurations, data objects, reporting, and integrations.
  • Practical working knowledge of Alteryx for data preparation, automation, and advanced workflow orchestration.
  • Experience using Celonis or similar processmining tools to identify inefficiencies, visualize process flows, and recommend improvements.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills to collaborate effectively with global, crossfunctional teams.
  • A proactive, detailoriented approach with a commitment to quality, ownership, controls, and continuous improvement.

Preferred

  • Background in working across several different sectors both business and IT related projects/programs.
  • Knowledge of technology estates and technologies desirable
