Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Techno-Commercial Manager in Kolkata, focusing on CCTV and Fire Alarm installation and marketing. The role involves managing the end-to-end installation of CCTV and fire alarm systems, developing and implementing marketing plans, providing technical support and expertise, building and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver project goals efficiently and on time. Additional responsibilities include creating proposals, conducting site surveys, and staying updated on market trends and technological advancements in the safety and security domain. at Kolkata head office
Qualifications
- Technical expertise in CCTV systems, Fire Alarm systems, system integration, and installation processes.
- Experience in project management, client interaction, and proposal development.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies, business development, and customer relationship management.
- Proficiency in presentation skills, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with safety and fire protection standards and compliance requirements.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales, techno-commercial roles, or the safety and security industry is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to work effectively in a team environment.
