Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Techno-Commercial Professional with 1015 years of experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic link between technical operations and commercial functions, overseeing vendor coordination, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations. This role demands strong industry insight to support pre-sales and post-sales activities, project execution, and client relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
Liaise between project, procurement, and commercial teams to deliver tailored technical-commercial solutions.
Analyze project requirements and recommend suitable materials, services, or vendors
Prepare and manage tenders, bids, and technical-commercial proposals.
Lead contract negotiations and build long-term vendor partnerships.
Provide technical support during execution and resolve post-delivery concerns.
Monitor industry trends, pricing strategies, and cost-saving opportunities.
Assist in budgeting, material planning, and inventory oversight.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and site teams for seamless execution.
Requirements:
BE/B.Tech in Civil Engineering; MBA is a plus.
1015 years of techno-commercial experience in the construction industry.
In-depth knowledge of construction materials, contracts, and vendor management.
Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
