Role Description

  • Develop and implement business development strategies and action plans in the North India region
  • Analyse market trends and identify new business opportunities
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients
  • Understand client needs and provide appropriate solutions
  • Set and achieve sales targets
  • Develop new client relationships and expand market share
  • The engineer will also prepare and deliver technical presentations, negotiate contracts, and assist customers with product selection and design.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Sales and Marketing with 2+ years of experience in the Industrial Automation field
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience in providing technical support
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Experience in the technology industry is a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • The person should be based in Delhi or nearby regions only (A Local Delhi guy will prefer)
