Role Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Commercial Manager to drive business growth in the Cosmetics, Personal Care, and Beauty & Wellness segment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical knowledge, commercial acumen, and customer relationship management skills to promote specialty ingredients, develop new business opportunities, and support customers with formulation and application expertise.

Key Responsibilities

·       Develop and manage business opportunities for cosmetic and personal care ingredients.

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with cosmetic manufacturers, brand owners, and R&D teams.

·       Identify new market trends, customer requirements, and growth opportunities.

·       Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and formulation discussions with customers.

·       Monitor competitor activities and market developments to strengthen business strategies.

·       Ensure timely follow-up on inquiries, quotations, and business opportunities.

·       Maintain CRM records, sales forecasts, and business reports.

Required Skills

·       Strong understanding of cosmetic ingredients, formulations, and market applications.

·       Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

·       Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development activities.

·       Knowledge of skincare, haircare, color cosmetics, and personal care formulations.

·       Customer-centric approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Qualification

·       Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.

  • ·  2-5 years of experience in Technical Sales, Business Development, or Techno-Commercial roles within the Cosmetics, Personal Care, or Specialty Ingredients industry.
