In this role you will, as the member of this program and User Access Management Stream, dedicate to build and maintain the Core model for SAP User Access Management.
The Technico-Functional SAP UAM expert in iShift Program is responsible for the design and the deployment of standard UAM processes into a single SAP solution for all businesses on all geographies. He/she will bring his/her expertise, best practices and possible improvements, together with the Digital regional network of experts. He/she will organize and deliver for UAM stream solution design and all project deliverables under the Digital responsibility (SAP solutions design, implementation in the systems, all related documentation).
Main responsibilities:
Design of the Solution
- Provide his expertise on UAM processes / SAP solutions
- Contribute with the Business Enablement and Solution Delivery teams to the definition of the global design of the solution based on industry best practices, GBU Global Support Functions business needs
- Propose adequate UAM solutions minimizing gaps with the SAP standard functionalities by challenging business requirements and specify for customizing and development the agreed solutions
- Perform impact analysis for application changes for SAP
- Collect and consolidate impacts for legacy systems
- Contribute to the design of transversal streams: Master data management, Analytics, Process controls, Data Migration
- Contribute on all design deliverables defined by the program and under UAM responsibility (eg specifications, )
- Contribute to the remediation of SOD conflicts at role level
- Plan and coordinate UAM activities together with the UAM implementation partners
- Monitor the UAM implementation partners activities and validate them
- Develop him/herself on the new capabilities provided by SAP S4HANA on his/her perimeter
Development and testing
- Organize, complete, unit-test and document the configuration of the system
- Support the acceleration and industrialization enablers related to UAM, with the External partner selected for the project and its capabilities (factories)
- Organize, document and execute integration and system tests
- Contribute to user acceptance tests and finalize the solution (address defects identified)
- Use properly the documentation and testing tools as defined by Digital quality department
- Contribute on deliverables defined by the program and under Service Line / UAM responsibility (eg test protocols, test reports )
- Contribute with the development team to the specific developments
- Support and validate on user provisioning for all project phases and all type of users (project users, key-users, end-users, trainers and trainees, FF - Firefighter users)
- Support on SOD conflict reduction and control at user level controlled, including management of SOD remediation workshop and remediation action implementation
- Plan and coordinate UAM activities together with the UAM implementation partners
- Monitor the UAM implementation partners activities and validate them
Migration and go-live
- Contribute to migration activities related to the UAM stream
- Document and execute cut-over activities related to the UAM stream
- Train UAM stakeholders (end users and managers, business roles owner, firefighter owners and controllers) on UAM processes
- Insure go-live support and hypercare activities
- Plan and coordinate UAM activities together with the UAM implementation partners
- Monitor the UAM implementation partners activities and validate them
Application Operations Support
- Contribute to Application Operations Support activities: provide expertise for complex UAM related matters
- Contribute on handover of new deployments (knowledge transfer and documentation)
- Monitor UAM activities and incidents during hypercare.
Roll-out strategy and roadmap
- Contribute to the definition of the roll-out strategy
- Contribute to the definition of the implementation roadmap
