Job Purpose (Significance Of The Role & Objectives)
Technicians should have demonstrated experience as auto mechanics on cars. The technician will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing customer vehicles.
Key Responsibilities And Deliverables
- Perform Assembly, maintenance, and replace brakes, suspension, wheel assembly, power train, steering system, and other parts.
- Work closely for hands-on work with Vehicle dynamics and report to the Vehicle dynamics team.
- Perform maintenance and repair on vehicles.
- Identify problems with vehicles using the diagnostic equipment.
- Plan repair procedures using charts manuals and experience.
- Perform routine maintenance and general mechanic work on vehicles.
- Prepared to get additional certification as needed.
- Willingness to learn with hands-on training.
- Help keep the repair shop clean and organized.
Desired Qualifications: Required Qualification, Knowledge, and Experience
- Diploma, ITI, Engineering degree in Mechanical engineering or similar.
- Overall Work experience of 1 - 4 years in the car industry as a technician.
