Job Description
*Key Responsibilities*
*Installation & Assembly:* Position and secure steel door frames and shutters into rough openings. This involves using shims to ensure the frame is level, plumb, and square for smooth operation.
*Hardware Fitting:* Install and adjust specialized hardware, including hinges, locks, panic bars, overhead systems, and automatic door openers.
Measurement & Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and engineering specifications to determine the correct dimensions and placement.
*Maintenance & Repair:* Perform routine servicing, such as lubrication and alignment, and troubleshoot or replace damaged components like door panels or seals.
*Sealing & Finishing:* Apply PU Foam, sealant, or EPDM Smoke Seals around frames as and when required.
