Technician

• Routine Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of equipment to identify potential issues.
• Scheduled Maintenance: Perform scheduled maintenance tasks, including lubrication, cleaning, and part replacements.
• Ensure and avoid the major breakdown and timely compliance of breakdown with substantial reduction in the downtime.
• Taking corrective and preventive action on the machine breakdowns with root cause analysis & closing of Job work order on time.
• Maintaining Preventive Maintenance check list, records History Card of Equipment's.
• Handling of actual equipment preventive maintenance as per checklist. Carry out predictive maintenance to avoid breakdown of the equipment based on the condition and instruction from the engineers.
• Handle in-house modifications and improvement projects.
• Providing engineering support for qualification activities.
• Follow all GMP and GEP practices in the Nasal area.
  
  

Qualifications & Pre-Requisites

• ITI/ Diploma - Electrical / Instruments/ Electronic
• Working experience on Nasal machines, assembly lines with indexing mechanism, having knowledge of handling automated machine with cobot etc.
• Expected to follow all safety procedures while executing the role
• Should have hands on experience in troubleshooting special purpose machine instrumentation, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic system.
• Should have hands on experience in troubleshooting special purpose machine instrumentation, electrical and mechanical problems.
  
  

Additional Notes

• Role is expected to work in all shifts.
• Expected to support other Rubicon sites during emergencies.
• Maintenance of daily Routine shift engineering jobs of Nasal machine like DARA, Marchesini, IMA, Biozeen machine etc.
