Purpose
The Technician – Oral Liquid Packing (Primary) will be responsible for operating and monitoring Filling and Airjet cleaning machines on the primary side of the packaging line. This role has been introduced to support continuous operations in shifts.

Job Responsibilities / Deliverables
- Primary Packing Operations
- Set up, operate, and monitor Oral Liquid packing machines (Make: Marchesini and Brother).
- Ensure calibration of balances, correct machine settings, and perform batch start-up checks.
- Conduct in-process checks to maintain product quality.
- Perform minor troubleshooting to maintain machine efficiency.
- Quality Compliance
- Perform in-process checks such as filling, Airjet cleaning Leak Test and Torque test as per BPR.
- Monitor rejections and minimize losses during batch runs.
- Carry out cleaning activities and line clearance as per SOP before and after each batch.
- Maintain hygiene and discipline in the packing area.
- Documentation and Compliance
- Maintain accurate and timely records in BPRs, logbooks, and equipment usage logs.
- Execute Calibration, PM, cleaning and usage entries in electronic log.
- Report deviations, malfunctions, or breakdowns promptly to supervisors

Teamwork and Coordination
- Coordinate activities of contractual staff to ensure smooth line functioning.
- Provide training and guidance to junior operators and contractual staff as required.
Qualifications & Pre-Requisites
- Diploma (Mechanical Engg. / D-Pharmacy / BSC)

- Role is expected to work in all shifts.
