Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Technician role located in Indore. The Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electronic security systems, including surveillance systems and access control. The role requires regular interaction with clients for system demonstrations, providing system support, and ensuring seamless system operations. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the team to improve security solutions and adhering to timelines for project deliverables.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of electronic security systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Technical knowledge of surveillance systems, access control systems, and home automation solutions
- Proficiency in diagnosing system issues and problem-solving
- Ability to interact with clients professionally and provide technical support as needed
- Basic skills in software that complements security operations, such as time-attendance management and automation systems
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Diploma or certification in Electronics, IT, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in security system installations or technical roles is a plus
- Willingness to adapt to technological upgrades and a commitment to learning
