Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Technician role based in Jabalpur. The Technician will be responsible for maintaining and operating audiovisual equipment, supporting film screenings, ensuring seamless technical operations, and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with on-site teams for equipment maintenance schedules and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. The Technician will play a vital role in enhancing the cinema experience for customers.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in operating and maintaining audiovisual equipment, including projectors, sound systems, and lighting.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively under time constraints.
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards for technical operations in entertainment facilities.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain and execute proper maintenance schedules for equipment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with teams and adhere to company standards.
- Flexibility to handle unexpected technical challenges during film screenings or events.
- Formal training or certification in electronics, audiovisual technology, or a related technical field is preferred.
- Previous experience in cinema operations or a similarly related role is an advantage.
