Job Description
Designation: Technician
Reporting To: Quality Manager, Technical Manager & Section Head (all departments)
Qualification & Experience: BMLT or DMLT with with 2-3 years of Experience
Knowledge & Skills: Adequate knowledge and technical related skill, Good communication.

Sample receiving, processing, reports entry.
Responsibilities
Develop and establish procedures for collecting, processing, and analyzing biological specimens and other substances.
Properly collect specimens and maintain their integrity for quality results.
Perform analytical tests on body fluids, cells, and other substances.
Integrate and relate data generated by the various clinical laboratory departments while making decisions regarding possible discrepancies.
Establish and perform preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and instruments as well as identify appropriate sources for repair and calibration.
Interaction with staff nurses, front office staffs and patients in case of doubt regarding samples or reports To communicate critical results to the clinicians and document in the register
