Technician - Laboratory

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Laboratory Technician to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-7 years of experience in a laboratory setting and will be responsible for performing tests, maintaining equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine laboratory tests and procedures under the supervision of senior staff.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure it is functioning properly.
• Prepare samples and reagents for testing and analysis.
• Record and analyze test results, ensuring accuracy and compliance with protocols.
• Assist in maintaining laboratory safety standards and protocols.
• Participate in quality control and quality assurance processes.
• Collaborate with other team members to improve laboratory processes and outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Technology, Biomedical Science, or a related field.
• 1-7 years of experience in a laboratory setting preferred.
• Proficiency in laboratory techniques and equipment operation.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with safety and quality standards in a laboratory environment.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
• Knowledge of laboratory information management systems (LIMS) is a plus.
