Education : ITI Electrical / Instrumentation Only
Scope and Authority To execute day to day operational activities by following standard operating procedures and work related instructions in safe and compliant manner.
Reporting Relationships Report to: Engineer Instrumentation
Supervises: NIL
Responsibilities Safety
-Foster culture of Safety at Site.
-Lead and drive Safety Excellance intivatives for GUJ Site including projects and construction safety.
-Ensure that all manditory safety trainings has been imparted and required legal, local and statutory compleinces meet timely manner.

-Clarity, focused, ethical and materialize business goals as per company's policy /guideline
Expectations
Responsible for taking ownership for safety and quality related compliance execution in respective work areas as per defined company standards.
Responsible for maintaining shift wise logbooks as per defined standard /operating procedure/ work instructions.
Responsible for maintaining excellent 5S /housekeeping standards in respective work area.
Responsible for reporting any deviation / abnormalities to shift supervisor.
Responsible for taking ownership for effective resource utilization, losses elimination, reporting, and preventing any unsafe behavior in respective work area.
Responsible for waste / rejection / safe storage as per defined procedures.
Accountability
Follow the safety and quality instructions while executing day-to-day shift Automation Operation and maintenance activities.
Participate and contribute in operational excellence related initiatives at shop floor.
Education and Experience
Education: ITI Electrical / Instrumentation
-Professional experience: 4-5 years of experience handling Automation operation and maintenance independently. Preferably in Chemical / Petrochemical / Polymer / Engineering Industries.
-Languages: English, Hindi , Gujarat
-Know-how:
-Operational knowledge of handing automation operation and maintenance in manufacturing Operations.
-Basic understanding of ISO 9001/ 14001/ OHSAS management system
Good verbal and written Communication skills
