Job Description

Good knowledge & hands on experience on measuring instruments like Veriner , Micrometer , profile projector, Hardness tester
Hand on experience on drawing reading for ectronics parts , Sheet metal , rubber , plastic , assembly.
Electronic parts handling experience is preferable.
Approves incoming materials by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; rejecting and returning unacceptable materials
Approves finished products by confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests; returning products for re-work; confirming re-work..
Keeps measurement equipment operating by following operating instructions; calling for repairs
Good Knowledge on the making Quality plan, sampling plan.
Hand on experience on G8D process.
Good knowledge on Calibration process & dealing with NABL agency for calibration & repair of the instruments.
Hands on experience in maintaining the Documentation as per ISO/TS 16949 requirement.
Good understanding about Supplier PPAP process.
Good knowledge on the root cause analysis for incoming parts.
Good Communication skill & he should able to convey the correct problem to SQA or supplier..
Knowledge on 5'S, kaizen, Poka yoke.
Good knowledge on manufacturing process of sheet metal, plastic molding & assembly.
Good experience in handling issues on production line for part which coming from supplier
