- Responsible for routine instrument maintenance work
- Responsible for routine field instrument calibration activity3. Responsible for follow the GMP document

- Responsible to maintan CGMP training document self.
- Responsible to follow safety rules and regulation.
- Responsible to handle shift activity as or when required
- Responsible to monitor operation of all instruments and control systems installed in plants based on the SOP instructions/ recommendation.
- Responsible to monitor and implement preventive maintenance of all instruments and control systems installed in plants based on the SOP instructions/ recommendation.
- Responsible to ensures that all instrument and control systems installed in plants are maintained in good working order.
- Responsible for allocating, monitoring subordinate's daily, weekly as well as monthly work schedule.
- Responsible to coordinate with other departments to carry out maintenance, preventive maintenance and instruments calibration and ensure calibration tags and calibration status are updated accordingly.
- Responsible to ensure that all job assigned are fulfilled in time and with complete accuracy and maintain the document as per regulatory requirement.
- Responsible to monitor process and system alarms on control system and coordination with respective department for corrective and preventive action on daily basis.
