Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair broadband and cable connections at customer locations.

Troubleshoot technical issues related to internet connectivity, set-top boxes, and networking equipment.

Handle customer complaints and ensure timely service resolution.

Perform routine checks on network lines and equipment.

Coordinate with the team to improve service quality and reduce downtime.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of broadband/cable networking.

Hands-on experience with wiring, modems, and routers.

Ability to work independently and handle fieldwork.

Good communication skills and customer-friendly attitude.

Minimum qualification: 12th pass preferred.

Prior experience in cable/broadband service is an advantage.
