Key Responsibilities:
Technical Expertise & Diagnostics
- Perform routine servicing, engine repairs, and maintenance on BMW motorcycles.
- Use diagnostic tools to identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Ensure all repairs and maintenance comply with manufacturer guidelines and safety standards.
Service Quality & Standards
- Maintain high-quality workmanship and technical standards.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure the reliability of serviced motorcycles.
- Uphold the premium brand image through meticulous service delivery.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate service records, job cards, and customer reports.
- Ensure all service documentation is completed in a timely and organized manner.
Customer Interaction & Support
- Assist service advisors in explaining technical issues to customers when necessary.
- Provide support for after-sales service inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction.
