We are hiring a US Staffing Recruiter to support hiring for the US market across multiple industries. This role is ideal for entry-level to mid-level recruiters who are eager to build or grow their career in US recruitment, with a strong focus on Manufacturing, Engineering, and Automotive positions.

About the Role

The recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, work closely with internal stakeholders, and source qualified candidates using multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and recruit candidates for US-based roles
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer closure
• Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and referrals for talent sourcing
• Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers
• Build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Understand job requirements and align candidates accordingly
• Stay informed about US hiring trends, market conditions, and best practices

Qualifications

• Entry-Level to Mid-Level experience in US Recruitment or Staffing
• Any industry experience is acceptable (Manufacturing, Engineering, or Automotive experience is preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment
• Willingness to work onsite in Wilson Garden, Bengaluru
• Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS is a plus

Required Skills

• Experience hiring for US Non-IT or Technical roles
• Understanding of US work authorization types (W2, C2C, 1099 – preferred)
• Strong screening and negotiation skills
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
