Responsibilities
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including user guides, instructional manuals, release notes, and FAQs.
- Translate complex infrastructure and platform concepts into clear, user-friendly content.
- Support customer-facing documentation such as user guides and knowledge base articles.
- Maintain and enhance documentation repositories, including Confluence and Git-based platforms.
- Ensure consistent standards, templates, and formatting across all documentation.
- Keep documentation up to date with evolving systems, ensuring accuracy and usability.
- Work independently to research, develop, and complete assigned documentation projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience
- Strong ability to understand, interpret, and clearly explain technical systems.
- Experience working with product release cycles and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams.
- Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with documentation authoring tools such as RoboHelp, Help & Doc, or similar.
- Working knowledge of GitHub workflows, Confluence, Jira, or equivalent tools.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Markdown and HTML.
Preferred / Good To Have
- Exposure to manufacturing platforms, cable industry, or infrastructure-related domains.
- Experience working with Oxygen XML Editor or similar tools.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, Computer Science, or equivalent professional experience.
