Requirements:
- 4-6 years of technical writing experience
- Interest in working on the Enterprise domain or relevant experience
- Remote working
- Located in India
Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality, clear, accurate, easy-to-understand, and task-focused user help content for Adobeproducts across web, desktop, mobile, and in-app surfaces.
- Work with Adobe stakeholders to understand product features and documentation requirements.
- Transform complex technical concepts into clear, accessible content for diverse audiences ranging frombeginners to advanced users.
- Leverage AI-assisted content creation tools and custom LLM models to increase authoring efficiency whilemaintaining quality standards and accuracy.
- Follow Adobe style guides, voice and tone standards, and content patterns.
- Optimize content for modularization, reuse, SEO, and discoverability across multiple platforms.
- Support content operations across various touchpoints, including authoring, proofreading/editing,tagging, document uploads, content migration, and maintenance activities as required.
Core Skills:
- Excellent command of English grammar, punctuation, structure, tone & attention to detail.
- Structural editing skills with the ability to improve content organization, flow, and clarity.
- Proven ability to transform complex technical concepts into easily understandable content for non-techusers.
- Proficiency in applying style guides across large content sets and maintaining consistency.
