Responsibilities:
- Manage endtoend creation and maintenance of documentation for complex enterprise software solutions
- Work closely with engineers, product managers, and subjectmatter experts to produce accurate, useroriented content
- Develop and maintain structured documentation such as user manuals, developer/API references, and inproduct help
- Translate technical concepts into clear, accessible explanations for users, developers, and support teams
- Coordinate documentation updates with Agile development cycles and release schedule
- Leverage AI tools to enhance consistency, quality, and efficiency across documentation processes
- 1+ years years of experience as a technical writer in an enterprise software or IT environment
- API Documentation Experience
- Experience with Madcap Flare, Git, JIRA and Confluence
- Experience creating videos for technical documentation. Experience with Mimic or Camtasia is an advantage
- Familiarity with AI concepts and AI-assisted writing tools
