We are looking for a Technical Writer to create clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that supports our products and business processes. The ideal candidate will have experience developing user manuals, documenting business use cases, and mapping workflows to ensure stakeholders and end-users can easily understand and adopt solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain user manuals, installation guides, and product documentation.
- Document business use cases to capture requirements, scenarios, and expected outcomes.
- Create detailed workflow diagrams and process documentation to support operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business analysts to gather information and translate technical concepts into accessible content.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with documentation standards.
- Review and edit existing documentation for clarity, usability, and completeness.
- Support training and onboarding by providing high-quality reference materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience of 1-4 years as a Technical Writer or similar role.
- Strong ability to write and edit user manuals, business use cases, and workflows.
- Proficiency in documentation tools (MS Office, Visio, or similar).
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in IT, SaaS, or enterprise software documentation.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, or other workflow-driven platforms.
Knowledge of diagramming tools (Lucidchart, Draw.io, etc.).
