Role Overview:
We are looking for a Technical Writer Executive to support our recruitment documentation and compliance processes. The role involves preparing, formatting, reviewing, and maintaining recruitment-related documents, resumes, and templates as per client standards. The ideal candidate should have good attention to detail, proficiency in MS Word and Excel, and a willingness to learn and grow in a documentation-focused role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Format and align resumes and documents as per client compliance and company templates.
- Review and proofread resumes for accuracy, grammar, and consistency using tools like Grammarly.
- Maintain daily submission records and updates on MS Excel.
- Support the team in preparing and submitting documents through various portals (VMS/MSP).
- Assist in creating and maintaining documentation, templates, and style guides related to recruitment processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate document submissions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during document submission or formatting.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality and compliance standards.
Required Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel (mandatory).
- Good eye for detail, formatting, and proofreading.
- Basic understanding of recruitment or HR documentation (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Team player with strong coordination and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, HR, or any related field.
- Prior experience (internship or 6 months1 year) in documentation, technical writing, or recruitment support will be an advantage.
