Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain user manuals, installation guides, API documentation, release notes, FAQs, and process documents.
- Work closely with development, QA, product management, and support teams to gather information and ensure technical accuracy.
- Translate complex technical information into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation.
- Create diagrams, flowcharts, and visuals to enhance comprehension.
- Maintain documentation, version control, and ensure consistency with product releases.
- Review and edit existing content for tone, style, and formatting consistency.
- Contribute to the knowledge base and internal process documentation.
- Ensure all documentation aligns with the company's branding and documentation standards
