Collaborate with Engineering, Regulatory, Product Management, and Quality teams to capture technical details and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
Develop content for user manuals, service manuals, service notes, and privacy and security manual.
Ensure documentation adheres to healthcare regulatory requirements.
Standardize documentation processes and templates for consistency and compliance.
Support documentation review cycles, incorporating stakeholder feedback and regulatory validations.
Contribute to knowledge bases and FAQs to enhance customer experience.
Expert-level proficiency in DITA and oXygen XML Editor.
Experience with industry-standard documentation tools (e.g., Adobe FrameMaker, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, MS Office, Confluence, Jira).
Working knowledge of XML, HTML5, and multi-channel publishing formats.
Understanding of healthcare compliance documentation and localization workflows.
Ability to create or edit technical illustrations and visual assets for clarity and usability.
