Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Engineer UAV, based in Ahmedabad. The Engineer UAV will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing UAV systems to meet mission-specific requirements. Daily tasks will include troubleshooting drones, optimizing performance, conducting flight experiments, and performing maintenance and repairs. The role will also involve collaborating with cross-functional teams on UAV solutions and ensuring regulatory compliance. Candidates will work in a dynamic environment to enhance drone technology for use in diverse industries including energy, logistics, and mapping.

Qualifications

• Expertise in UAV design, development, and testing
• Experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, and performance optimization of UAVs
• Knowledge of aerial mapping, thermography, and UAV systems for power line and solar inspections
• Familiarity with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, IT project management, and technology integration
• Understanding of drone regulatory compliance and safety requirements
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in the energy or technology industries is preferred but not mandatory
