Responsibilities

Create and maintain user, API, and integration guides.
Develop in-platform content like tooltips and instructions.
Work with Engineering, Product, Marketing, Compliance, and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

Technical writing experience.
Strong writing, editing, research, and programming skills.
Knowledge of Python, Java, or JavaScript.
Experience with Markdown, Confluence, DITA, and MS Office.
Knowledge of OpenAPI and software documentation.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
Good English communication and organizational skills.
Basic understanding of SDLC.
Technical writing portfolio preferred.
