Role Description

The Technical Wax Trainer is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. The selected individual will conduct technical training sessions on waxing techniques, product knowledge, and best practices for salon professionals. Responsibilities include designing and delivering training programs, evaluating the effectiveness of training, and providing hands-on demonstrations to ensure skill development. The role also involves offering ongoing support to trainees and addressing any technical queries related to the use of Honeybee products.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Technical Training and Training & Development methodologies
• Skills in delivering professional Training sessions and creating impactful training programs
• Strong Communication skills to effectively convey technical knowledge and provide clear instructions
• Ability to evaluate trainees performance and continuously improve training methods
• Experience in the beauty and personal care industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant certifications preferred
• Comfortable working on-site in Mumbai and engaging with diverse groups of professionals
