This Position reports to:

ELDS Global Training Manager


Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to organize technical training programs for internal and external customers related to products, systems, and/or technologies in accordance with contract(s) and budget. Each day, you will manage training delivery using correct products and materials. You will also showcase your expertise by assisting in identifying / determining appropriate training courses for customers.

The work model for the role is: #Li-Onsite

This role is contributing to the Electrification business in Distribution Solution division at Nashik, India.

You will be mainly accountable for:
  • Design and develop online technical training modules using eLearning tools (Articulate 360, Rise, Storyline), ABB Virtual Reality applications, and AI-powered learning platforms.
  • Create interactive, multimedia-rich content including simulations, quizzes, and videos tailored to medium voltage technologies.
  • Align training materials with product specifications, use cases, and business goals for switchgear, grid components, and automation systems.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Marketing, and Sales teams to gather technical insights, prioritize sales training needs, and incorporate feedback.
  • Translate complex technical information into learner-friendly formats suitable for diverse global audiences.
  • Manage multiple training projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery in sync with product launch timelines.
  • Upload, track, and evaluate training content on LMS or enablement platforms, monitoring learner engagement and performance through defined KPIs.

Qualifications for the role
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering (should be full-time)
  • Background in technical training, ideally within electrification solutions multilingual skills are an advantage.
  • Proficiency with eLearning tools such as Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline) and familiarity with AI video training platforms.
  • Knowledge of digital learning trends including VR training, mobile learning, and AI-powered learning tools familiarity with ABB LMS (MyLearning) is desirable.
  • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into learner-friendly formats for diverse audiences.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, particularly Product Management, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and creativity, with basic graphic design or video editing capabilities.
