Role Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Training Manager to lead technical training initiatives, manage trainer teams, develop industry-relevant content, and support business growth through effective client demos and technical consultations. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise across multiple technology domains and have excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and mentor a team of technical trainers, ensuring high-quality training delivery and learner outcomes.
- Design, develop, and review technical training content, assessments, projects, and learning resources.
- Deliver and oversee training programs in technologies such as Full Stack Development, Cloud Computing, DevOps, AI/ML, Data Science, .NET, and related domains.
- Conduct technical demos, solution presentations, and product walkthroughs for clients, academic institutions, and corporate partners.
- Collaborate with business development and sales teams to support client acquisition and deal closures.
- Monitor trainer performance, training effectiveness, and project execution to ensure operational excellence.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate industry trends into training programs and content.
Required Skills:
- Strong technical knowledge across Full Stack Development, Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, Data Science, .NET, and related technologies.
- Experience in technical training delivery, curriculum development, and content creation.
- Proven ability to manage teams and drive training excellence.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to handle technical discussions, requirement gathering, and solution demonstrations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Experience in EdTech, Corporate Training, or Learning & Development environments.
- Relevant certifications in Cloud, DevOps, AI/ML, or Full Stack technologies will be an added advantage.
