Strategy & Needs Analysis
- Skills Gap Analysis: Collaborate with Stakeholders and Delivery Leaders to identify technical gaps in teams (e.g., a shift from On-prem to AWS/Azure).
- Learning Roadmap: Build long-term competency maps for roles such as Full Stack Developers, Data Engineers, and DevOps Specialists.
Curriculum & Delivery
- Content Curation: Select and manage platforms like Pluralsight, Coursera, or Udemy Business, while designing custom internal modules.
- Hands-on Labs: Oversee the setup of sandbox environments where developers can practice coding or infrastructure management safely.
- Vendor Management: Negotiate with technical training vendors.
Measurement & Impact
- ROI Tracking: Measure if training actually improved code quality or reduced sprint velocity.
- Certifications: Drive organizational compliance for partner certifications (e.g., ensuring 200+ engineers are AWS Certified).
Required Skills & Qualifications
Requirement
Education
B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science or IT. An MBA in HR or Operations is a plus.
Tech Stack
Understanding of Java/Python, CI/CD, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP), and AI tools.
L&D Tools
Experience with LMS, Technical Platforms (i.e., Pluralsight)
Experience
At least 3-5 years specifically in technical training management.
Soft Skills
- Stakeholder management (C-suite level) and excellent storytelling.
