Technical Trainer

WT | Wearable Technologies (a German enterprise) is looking for a Technical Trainer / Educator to lead industry-oriented upskilling programs for engineering students.

With over 20 years of global market leadership, WT is the organizer of the World's No. 1 Wearable Technologies Conference Series and delivers deep-tech consulting and industry engagement programs.

This role is suited for professionals who combine strong engineering practice with the ability to teach, mentor, and develop application-oriented learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver training in IoT & Sensor Systems and Embedded Systems

• Conduct instructor-led classroom sessions and hands-on laboratory training

• Guide student projects, innovation challenges, and interdisciplinary problem-solving activities

• Train learners on industry-grade hardware platforms, development tools, and engineering methodologies

• Help improve student employability through practical implementation and product-oriented thinking

Candidate profile

• 3+ years of industry experience

• Demonstrated interest in technical training, mentoring, or academic engagement

• B.E. / M.Tech in Electronics, Embedded Systems, Telecommunication, Biomedical, or related domains

• Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts for learners
