Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Trainer located in Tiruchirappalli, Tamil Nadu. The Technical Trainer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive technical training programs for corporate clients, institutions, and individuals. Responsibilities include preparing training materials, conducting hands-on sessions, evaluating learners progress, and continuously improving training approaches. The candidate will also provide career guidance and support learners in achieving their career goals.
Qualifications

- Experience as a Technical Trainer with strong instructional and presentation skills
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to design and implement innovative training programs
- Knowledge of programming, software development, and IT-related subjects is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience
