Technical Trainer

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Technical Trainer. The Technical Trainer will deliver high-quality training sessions, create and refine technical training content, and facilitate learning programs for individuals and groups. The role involves conducting assessments, providing feedback to enhance performance, and ensuring a robust understanding of technical concepts. The trainer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training programs with organizational goals and stay updated with the latest developments in the field.

• Proven experience in Technical Training and expertise as a Technical Trainer.
• Strong Training & Development skills with the ability to design and deliver effective programs.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Communication and interpersonal skills for engaging diverse learners.
• Proficiency in conducting technical assessments and measuring training effectiveness.
• Flexibility to adapt training styles to various learning needs and levels of expertise.
• Educational background in a relevant technical or teaching discipline; certifications in training are advantageous.
• Experience in leveraging technology and digital tools for training delivery is a plus.
