Job Title- Senior Technical Trainer (On-site)

Shift- Night Shift | 7:00 PM – 4:00 AM IST

Role Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Technical Trainer to lead impactful technical training programs, mentor aspiring professionals, and align learning outcomes with industry and placement requirements. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with excellent communication and mentoring abilities to create an engaging and result-oriented learning environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver interactive and high-quality technical training sessions for candidates and professionals
- Design, develop, and continuously improve curriculum, assignments, and training materials
- Provide hands-on coding guidance, project support, and practical learning experiences
- Conduct assessments, mock interviews, evaluations, and performance feedback sessions
- Mentor candidates on technical concepts, problem-solving approaches, and interview readiness
- Stay updated with emerging technologies, tools, and industry best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams to align training programs with placement and business requirements
- Track candidate progress and maintain detailed training and performance reports
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a Technical Trainer, Software Developer, or Technical Mentor
- Strong expertise in one or more of the following domains: Salesforce, Java, Full Stack Development, or AI/ML
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in curriculum development and training delivery
- Ability to simplify and explain complex technical concepts effectively
- Strong hands-on technical and project implementation experience
Good to Have
- Experience working with training institutes or ed-tech organizations
- Exposure to US-based training and placement processes
- Relevant technical certifications
- Experience conducting mock interviews and candidate evaluations
