Working Days: 5 Days (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off)
Job Summary:
Techsara Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a passionate and experienced Technical Trainer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, mentoring learners, and helping them build strong technical foundations in modern technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions in assigned technologies
- Design and update training materials, presentations, and assignments
- Provide hands-on guidance and real-world project exposure
- Assess trainee performance and provide constructive feedback
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
- Support students in problem-solving and doubt resolution
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve training programs
Required Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Python
- Good understanding of Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning (AI/ML)
- Solid concepts of System Designing
- Proficiency in Java
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Technical Trainer / Mentor / Faculty
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts
- Passion for teaching and mentoring
