Technical Trainer

3-5 years in network security, including at least 1 year of training exposure

• Build training decks, labs, and mock tests for L1/L2 engineers
  
• Deliver in-person and virtual sessions
  
• Prepare engineers for NSE4 and CCSA/CCSE exams
  
• Collect feedback and track trainee progress
  
• Keep content updated for new versions
  
• Maintain training records and reports
  

Training exposure counts if you have any of these

• Delivered classroom or virtual training (ATC, institute, partner, corporate)
  
• Regularly ran internal sessions or onboarding for L1/L2 engineers
  
• Conducted client or customer technical workshops
  

Requirements

Must have

• Hands-on FortiGate or Check Point: policies, NAT, VPN, HA, troubleshooting
  
• NSE4 or CCSA (or willing to certify within 3 months)
  
• Solid networking basics (routing, TCP/IP)
  
• Strong communication and presentation skills
  
• Sample training deck or recorded session as proof
  

Good to have

• NSE7 / CCSE / CCSI
  
• Experience preparing engineers for certification exams
  
• Lab setup (EVE-NG, FortiGate VMs)
